The ideal candidate has a proven track-record of success in related fields and is looking to accelerate their career growth. We're looking for an Operations Manager/Director and Operations Specialists with primary responsibilities across Campaigns and Lead Operations.
- Manage the set-up, implementation, fulfillment and delivery of B2B demand generation campaigns
- Analyze campaign metrics to devise and modify marketing campaign strategies in response to changing needs
- Coordinate regularly with internal and external teams
- Handle deliverables across various platforms including Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Integrate
- Monitor deadlines and communications, ensuring projects are completed punctually and within the allocated budget
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Hard working
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience (Operations/CampaignOps preferred)
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
- Proficiency with Project Management tools for tracking work
- Familiar with CRM/Marketing tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within business
- Team player, start-up enthusiast
- 10% travel required as needed
