Operations Manager

The ideal candidate has a proven track-record of success in related fields and is looking to accelerate their career growth. We're looking for an Operations Manager/Director and Operations Specialists with primary responsibilities across Campaigns and Lead Operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the set-up, implementation, fulfillment and delivery of B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Analyze campaign metrics to devise and modify marketing campaign strategies in response to changing needs
  • Coordinate regularly with internal and external teams
  • Handle deliverables across various platforms including Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Integrate
  • Monitor deadlines and communications, ensuring projects are completed punctually and within the allocated budget
  • Manage the daily functions of the business
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed

Qualifications

  • Hard working
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience (Operations/CampaignOps preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools for tracking work
  • Familiar with CRM/Marketing tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working with multiple groups within business
  • Team player, start-up enthusiast
  • 10% travel required as needed

Sales

Account Director

About this position

The Account Director is responsible for the full-cycle sales process. This includes managing existing client relationships, qualifying B2B leads, cold-calling new leads, pitching live demos to prospects, and managing the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with clients.
  • Consistently drive new business while building long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Driving renewal deals while navigating complex org charts
  • Communicating client needs with internal campaign managers with the goal of delivering above and beyond services to clients
  • Thinking creatively to design and pitch marketing solutions that solve client problems and help them achieve their goals
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
  • Daily cadence and usage of sales enablement technology (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DmeoDesk, Clickup, and Slack)
  • Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects and existing clients

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years minimum sales experience in B2B environments, in a solution-sales / media-related environment
  • Experience in digital marketing/media sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong sales and listening skills
  • Track record of managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with an internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel once or twice per month for in-person client meetings or for team meet-ups.
